Julia Stewart teaches a traditional Hatha Yoga class that emphasizes breathing, relaxation, and alignment. She has fifteen years of experience with stretching and relaxation, as well as studying body movement and alignment. She received her teaching certification from The Scientific Yoga Center with Raghavan Das in Venice, California.
